Membership FAQs
Your Hindley Hall Pass membership is active for 12 months from your date of purchase. But don't stress! When you're nearing the 12 months, we'll send you a reminder / option to extend.
Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
Your customized key ring will be available for pick-up at Hindley Street Music Hall during operating hours. Simply head to the Box Office to collect!
This Membership does not include a ticket to the show, you must have a ticket to the show to utilise membership benefits.
Membership benefits are only redeemable for the show specified on the purchase ticket. Guests must present their tickets upon arrival at Hindley Street Music Hall for Membership package redemption.
Upon becoming a member, your email will be automatically included in all Hindley Street Music Hall presale distributions. Please ensure you monitor your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, to avoid missing any updates.
Yes, to access the Hindley Highlife experience you must RVSP to hello@hindleymusichall.com.au with your full name and membership number for each individual show.
You must RSVP to each show at least 72 hours prior to the event to let us know you are coming for catering purposes, and to make sure the experience is operational for each event. The Hindley Highlife is subject to availability and may not be available for all events at Hindley Street Music Hall.
If the event is 18+, the Premium Lounge is also to be considered 18+.
Ticket holders will be subject to RSA requirements; no one under the age of 18 will be served alcohol.
Premium Lounge guests enter through their exclusive entrance at the Venue. Signage and staff will be available to direct you upon arrival.
Access to the Hindley Highlife is an exclusive benefit of Hall Pass membership. While members are unable to bring a guest into the lounge, your guest has the option to purchase an individual Hindley Highlife upgrade for the specific show or secure their own membership to enjoy full access to all the perks.
