Membership FAQs
Membership is active for 12-months from date of purchase. When you're nearing the end of your membership term, we'll send you a reminder to renew, which can be done via your member portal.
If purchasing a membership as a gift, please update the designated owner in the member portal to ensure it reflects the intended recipient. At the time of the 12-month renewal, the listed owner will be responsible for payment should they choose to continue the membership
Your customised key ring will be available for collection at the Hindley Street Music Hall Box Office during operating hours.
No, your Membership does not include a ticket to the show. You must also purchase a ticket to the show to utilise membership benefits.
Membership benefits apply only to the show listed on your ticket. Tickets must be presented on arrival to redeem your Membership benefits.
By becoming a member, you agree to our membership Terms and Conditions, which includes opt in to receive Palais Theatre email and SMS marketing communications. Once your membership is active, your email and phone number will be automatically included in all Palais Theatre presale notifications. Please check your inbox - including your spam or junk folders - to ensure you don’t miss any updates. Make sure you remain opted-in to receive marketing communications so we can contact you at the time of presale.

No, Hindley Highlife access is offered at selected events only and is subject to availability.
Yes, for 18+ events the Hindley Highlife is also 18+ and operates in line with RSA requirements.
Guests cannot enter unless they have purchased a Hindley Highlife upgrade or hold their own membership and have RSVPd. Guests must also hold a valid show ticket.
